Authentic Signed Photograph of John Gielgud for Theater Critic and Editor Rosamond Gilder. Provenance: acquired from former Gilder estate. Rosamond Gilder, daughter of prominent Century Magazine editor R W Gilder, was editor of Theatre Arts Monthly and a founder of International Theater Institute, as well as a Tony award winner. She was very well connected in the theater world, and this photograph is personally inscribed to her by John Gielgud. Also will be included is an earlier photograph of Rosamond Gilder. Condition is very good, in frame, as shown. A few of the metal clasps are missing on back, as shown, and picture may shift around slightly. Ready to hang, if desired.
